Captured Asteroid V-1 Rocket
A 3 part stage where the first is to get you halfway into orbit, 2nd stage is to finish getting into orbit and getting to the captured asteroid then coming home afterward, and finally the 3rd stage which is to get you into the earth's atmosphere safely and letting you get the "captured asteroid landing" challenge, marked off and completed.
