Follow recommended angle until your line on the map reaches about 40km (shut off first engine after this) Tilt to a fully horizontal angle when 35km up and burn remaining fuel on first engine Use separator and start 2nd engine and keep it on until in orbit (Then detach using separator and turn on the solar panels.)
