U.S. Velocity Spear
🚀 U.S. Velocity Spear (DLC Required) An experimental high-speed rocket built for Spaceflight Simulator DLC users. Tested speeds include 690.3 m/s at 5 km, 887.1 m/s at 8.4 km, 1,038.7 m/s at 11 km, and 5,954.4 m/s at 269 km. ⛽ Normal Fuel: ~23-second burn time. Maximum tested altitude: 327.5 km. ♾️ Infinite Fuel: True maximum altitude and speed have not yet been tested. 🌡️ Heat Warning: Recorded temperatures reached 392°C on the capsule and 385°C on the launch escape system. Extreme heat may cause instability, spinning, crashes, structural failure, or explosions. Testing suggests roughly a 50/50 chance of failure under severe overheating. 🔧 Version 2 Coming Soon: Heat shields, improved stability, and better thermal protection. 📦 DLC Required.
