XS-P - Fictional Rocket
Fictional rocket to get into low earth orbit and land in the ocean. Detach first stage at around 20 km, detach the second stage when getting back into earths atmosphere. Use the third stage to get out of orbit and land in an ocean, make sure to detach the third stage at around 40 km. No DLC or any cheats required.
